Mahar, a self proclaimed “Big Johnson T-shirt collector” was on hand to support local charity groups involved with the event. “It’s great to see the Big Johnson folks support our local community here in Syracuse” Mahar stated.
Syracuse Mayor Matt Driscoll at Borders Books in Carousel mall introducing his new book, “A dummies guide to being a Mayor.” He was on sight signing autographs and promoting the new paperback book which was released on Tuesday. “Hey, who would have thought I would have known how to be mayor? I mean, I was a bar owner and now about to embark on turning Syracuse into Destiny USA,” Driscoll stated.

The night ended abruptly after a fight broke out inside the bar with someone getting stabbed in the leg.
